In the EU funded project called 'Strengthening non-formal and informal training role of library network in support of lifelong learning' our library could organize several events to popularize reading. One of these programmes was an interactive performance by the Weöres Sándor Theatre of Jókai's novel, The stone-hearted man's sons. The purpose of this play was to motivate students for reading.

The cold-hearted man’s sons (A kőszívű ember fiai)

In the EU application of our library - 'Strengthening non-formal and informal training role of library network in support of lifelong learning' - the Weöres Sándor Theatre is making an interactive performance based on the novel by Jókai called The cold-hearted man's sons. 7th grade students can become active participants of this interactive play. The director of the play is Sándor Silló and it will be presented on 18 November, 2013.

Author-Reader meeting and self-knowledge training with Edit Sohonyai

In the EU project, no. TÁMOP-3.2.4.A-11/1-2012-0088, a Príma-prized writer, Edit Sohonyai has visited us to meet her readers and to talk about meta-communication, self-confidence or the lack of it, the relationship between boys and girls.
She has already experience the anxious life of teenagers and that how far happiness seems in such state. Therefore she could write her books about teenagers and their problems genuinely.
