Borrowing
School library can be used by students, teachers and other workers of the school. Registration and services are free. The library handles the users’ data according to laws. Registered user accepts the rules written in the regulations. Student and labour relations can be discontinued only after fulfilling obligations in the library.
Any documents may be taken out from the library only with the librarian’s knowledge and approval. Items can be borrowed only with recording.
Reader’s and borrowing records:
The school library keeps a register of attendance on a daily basis.
The registrations of readers and borrowings are made in SZIKLA Integrated Library System. The maximum number of documents may be borrowed at one occasion is 3 in the lower classes, 5 in the upper classes. All the workers at school may borrow documents unrestrictedly.
Deadline for students is 3 weeks which can be elongated once if there is no advance booking for the item.
Reader is not allowed to borrow in case of being under any obligations to the library.
The user of the library is liable to return the borrowed documents in time, when it is due or by a given date near the end of the actual school year. Every year, the library publishes the dates of the returning of documents and also the summer closing dates.
The conditions of borrowed documents and items are checked at returning.
The cost of lost or strongly damaged items must be paid by the reader (user). /3./ 1975. KM-PM decree 20. and 21. § a.
Student and labour relations can be discontinued only after fulfilling obligations to the library. In case of omission the person who gives the student or the employee the permission to leave is responsible for any losses.
In case of shortage in the own book collections, the library offers inter-library lending service.
